TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
When you start using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Method of Payment: You are responsible for paying your bills on time. You will receive a separate bill from WDT by MasterCall. The payment must be received by the due date listed on your bill.

Please include your WDT by MasterCall account number on your check. Do not send cash.

Check Processing: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize MasterCall to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account. Funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day your payment is received, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

Auto Payment
Call Customer Service at 1-888-353-0808 and set up monthly automatic credit/debit card payments. This is the most convenient and popular payment option used by WDT by MasterCall clients aside from regular mail.

Pay online
Make credit/debit card payment by logging into My Account section at www.mywdt.com

Pay by phone
Call Customer Service at 1-888-353-0808 or visit a WDT by MasterCall location. Convenience fee may apply for credit /debit card payments made via Customer Service agent by phone or at WDT locations.

Late charges
One-and-a-half percent (1.5%) Past Due Amount Fee and $3.00 Late Fee applies to payments received after due date. No credits will be granted after due date. Your service may be disconnected if your account is past due and you may be charged re connection fee to reinstate the service. To ensure that we receive your payment on time, please use the enclosed envelope and attached payment stub, send the payment to the address on the payment stub and allow 7-10 days for mail delivery.

Returned Check Fee
There is a $18.00 charge to cover our costs each time the bank returns your check to us for any reason. We do not attempt to collect any check more than once.

Attorney fees and collection costs
If you do not comply with your obligations under this agreement you agree to pay all collection fees and costs, reasonable attorney fees, all expenses and court costs we may incur in the attempt to collect your past due account balance.

Disputed charges
All disputed amounts must be reported by the payment due date for the period when the charges occurred.
No credits will be granted after the due date.

Personal Calling Card Service
This service should not be used if the telephone number to which the card is attached has been deactivated. You need to protect your authorization code so that nobody else can use it without your permission. You are responsible for any charges incurred using your calling card. Pay phone fee applies for calling card calls.

Service Interruption
Service may be temporarily interrupted for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to system capacity limitations, equipment modifications and repairs, problems associated with the facilities of interconnecting carriers, acts of God or events beyond the control of WDT by MasterCall. WDT by MasterCall is not liable for any damages resulting from such service interruptions.

Disclosure of Account Information
WDT by MasterCall keeps your personal information confidential and does not disclose it to vendors. You authorize WDT to disclose information related to your account only to credit reporting agencies, credit bureaus and legal authorities.

Customer Changes and Contact
You must notify WDT by MasterCall at once if you change your name, address or telephone number. Aside from regular business communication with you, WDT by MasterCall may occasionally contact you with new offers, promotions and marketing messages via regular mail, phone or email. You must notify WDT by MasterCall if you do not wish to receive such messages.

Telephone Monitoring
As part of our continuing effort to maintain a high quality of service to our customers, telephone communications between you and WDT by MasterCall Customer Service office may be monitored and/or recorded. You agree that calls to or from WDT by MasterCall Customer Service office may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes and that monitoring and/or recording may be done and that no additional notice to you or additional approval from you is required.

Changes to Terms, Conditions and Rates
WDT by MasterCall reserves the right to add to or change any of its terms of service, rates or charges at any time, including but not limited to rates, charges, billing practices, late charges and all other terms and conditions. All changes will be published on WDT by MasterCall web site www.mywdt.com and that constitutes the notice of such changes and satisfies the requirement of giving you such notice.

Universal Service Fee, Minimum Charge, Administrative Fee, Federal, State, Local Taxes and Regulatory Program Fee apply. Regulatory Program Fee equals $1.49 for accounts with less than $5 of new call charges per month and $2.49 for accounts with more than $5 of new call charges per month.

Minimum charge is applied to accounts with new charges of less than $5 per month. Minimum charge equals to the difference between $5 and new charges for given billing period.
